Remove a Teacher
When a teacher is no longer is teaching at your Alliance, you will need to remove them as a current teacher in order to remove their access to the Teachers Portal. This article runs through the steps on how to remove a teacher and mark them as a former teacher.
To remove a teacher go to the Dashboard > Contacts.
Find and click on their contact record.
Within their contact record. Click on 'Edit Groups' in the groups box.
Select the 'Teachers Former' group and Save.
Once moved to the Former Teachers group, the teacher will no longer have access to the teachers portal and they will appear in the Teachers > Former Teachers Tab.
