Auto Delete Student Portal Files
The Student Portal includes an auto-deletion feature, which helps to reduce storage usage / costs. This feature automatically removes course-related files, including:
- Course documents.
- Attachments for posts, assignments, and submissions.
When Are Files Deleted?
Files are deleted a set number of days after the course ends. You can customize this time frame to suit your needs.
How to Configure Auto-Deletion
To adjust auto-deletion settings:
- Go to Course > Configuration > Student Portal.
- Navigate to the "Enabling" tab.
